The surface treatment agents we handle include "PALLUMINA," aimed at automotive bodies, and "PALLUCID," aimed at other treatment products. The amount of chemical sludge generated is reduced to less than 1/10 of that of zinc phosphate. This significantly reduces clogging in nozzles and piping, contributing to cost reduction and lower environmental impact. We select spray or dip treatment based on the properties and size of the items to be painted, and we can also accommodate conventional surface treatment agents.
